About me
Hello Everyone.
My name is Alessandro Di Cesare
and I was born in the beautiful city of Imola, Italy.
My professional background was originally in computer science. Over the years, I worked across several technical fields, especially in automotive automation and artificial intelligence. It was a stable career, a safe path-the kind of path that makes sense on paper.
But I had a dream.
And it was strong enough to make me throw everything up in the air and start over.
From a very young age, I was what you'd probably call a "nerd" (and proudly so). I grew up surrounded by epic creatures, magic, and fantastic stories. I loved The Lord of the Rings, Power Rangers, card games like Magic: The Gathering, and everything that let my imagination run wild.
I discovered 3D sculpting relatively late, in 2016. At the time, I was a computer engineer and a cosplay enthusiast in my free time. Then I came across 3D printing, and in 2017 I bought my first printer. I started learning 3D modeling to create cosplay accessories, and slowly, I fell in love with what would become my greatest passion: figures and collectibles.
In 2020, at 28 years old, I made the scariest decision of my life: I left my job and decided to fully dedicate myself to 3D sculpting and digital design.

It was the best decision I've ever made. That was the day
Mojibake Collectibles
was born.
I started small, launching modest Kickstarter projects and learning everything the hard way. Slowly but steadily, people began to connect with my designs. They liked the style, the characters, and the attention to detail.
The real turning point came with the creation of Epic Props, a line of 3D-printable accessories for board and card games. The overwhelming response from the community gave me the confidence to push further, design more, and dream bigger.
But something was still missing. I realized the miniatures deserved more-they deserved stories, lore, and meaning.
That realization led me into tabletop RPGs and narrative design. Eventually, we began creating full physical books, adventures, and lore.
Miniatures
became
characters.
Characters
became
stories.
Stories
became
worlds.

What started in a small studio inside my bedroom has now grown into an international creative team. Even today, saying that still feels a little surreal.
We are excited to have this opportunity to collaborate with CHITUBOX to present our work as high-quality physical models. We think that these models would reflect the true spirit of our designs when they reach your hands.

Mojibake has grown more than I ever imagined in these five years, and we owe it all to you: your support, your trust, and your love for what we create.
We don't know exactly where this path will take us. But we do know one thing for sure:
We will keep pouring our hearts, passion, and creativity into every miniature, every prop, every book, and every story we create.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
